The Marketing Associate initiates and drives the introduction of globally developed marketing commercial programs and initiatives.

What you'll do 

  • Co-ordinating and driving customer marketing online/offline activities
  • Supports Customer Success topics and partnership programs.
  • Daily management of third party supplier processes and payments
  • Supports and anchors commercial marketing campaigns.
  • Organises and sets up on site customer visits.
  • Event support pre, post and during the event (requires national and international travel).
  • Co-ordination of event materials & kit
  • Co-ordination of Sonova Professional Courses
  • Day to day upkeep of Marketing Hub (stock, usage etc)
  • SFDC champion- email, data extensions etc.
  • Supports and implements marketing activities to promote products and services across relevant channels.
  • Supports Customer Success topics and partnership programs.
  • Organises and attends regular offsite customer visits and events.
  • Works closely with third party providers.
  • Co-ordinates daily activities to support key initiatives.
  • Creates and maintains excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement and growth mindset.
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate, in line with business needs

About you

Education

  • Maths, English A Level or equivalent

Experience

  • SAP, Salesforce
  • <5 years commercial, marketing or audiology experience
