Your Role

This role will manage day-to-day any support that comes through the PSE Salesforce inbox. The key responsibilities will be to analysis each support request/issue, complete the necessary actions and ensure the user is kept up to date with where the request in terms of the support process. Requests could consist of data uploading, user account changes, approval process changes and support on solution issues. The CRM executive will work closely with the Media solutions, Healthcare and CET sales teams as well as the services and support department.

Depending on the request the CRM executive may need to triage the request and send it to IS team to investigate and fix coding issues. The CRM executive will also have a chance to work with the Martech, Data and Insights team where the team require support on issues that involve Salesforce.

The successful candidate will sit in the CRM Salesforce team and will work closely with the Salesforce Administrator. The CRM executive will be required to join regular catch ups and report on tasks completed monthly.

The role aims at shaping the individual and developing their problem solving and analytical skills. The successful applicant will develop a working understanding of Salesforce and how the solution provides essential information to the sales, marketing and finance teams.

  • An understanding of CRM platforms e.g. Salesforce is a bonus
