IT Service Internship

It will be responsible for supporting IT Customers and provides assistance across all aspects of the business‚ IT needs. This internship offers practical work experience, an introduction to Windows desktop support and an opportunity to gain experience with the technical operations of a Cyber Security company. It will involve challenging opportunities, real technical projects, and interaction with staff. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the computer field.

Working with Customers, colleagues on a variety of support environments, different infrastructure projects, operational and geographical areas your key responsibilities will include:

Incident and Service Request Management

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support

Required skills and qualifications

  • Computer Science, Information Technology major
  • Basic understanding Security ‚ Anti Virus, Encryption (BitLocker), awareness in password policies and Malware
  • Basic Hardware knowledge ‚ Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Phones, peripherals
  • Preferably Microsoft Products (Windows 7/8/10, Server, Exchange, O365 Office, Teams, Skype for Business) and¬†Basic knowledge of Active Directory - creating and managing users accounts, creating, and managing distribution/security groups
  • Network knowledge ‚ understanding the basic network principals

  • Effective problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Good analytical and logical skills, problem solving, diagnostics skills and enjoy working in an international team
