We are offering an internship position in Economics to be filled in our Frankfurt office from end of March to mid-August for a student, who needs to write an academic report to graduate.

What you'll do

The successful candidate will be supervised by the Chief Economist EMEA for the scientific direction of his internship report and on a day-to-day basis by S&P's team of European economists.

The candidate will take part to the daily business of the EMEA economic team and have the chance to discover the job of professional forecasting.

The EMEA economist team consists of 5 economists based in Frankfurt, London and Paris.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics and English are required.
  • Programming on Econometric tools like R or Python or Stata is required.
  • VBA programming is a plus.

Some roles may include a trading prohibition and remediation of positions when there is an effective or potential conflict of interest.
