Due to our size and diversity of our business, we can offer you a structured yet challenging development programme where you'll have the support of a Graduate Programme Manager and a business mentor to assist you in reaching your full potential. The programme will support your career development into a permanent role with SSE that reflects your experience and passion.
Working within variety of SSE business areas, you'll be at the forefront of seeing how our business operates. You'll be involved in projects and activities that help us ensure our business is not only running effectively but is continually utilising innovative and commercially viable new technologies and efficient ways of providing energy to all customers.
What do I need to join?
For this programme, you'll ideally have a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a business degree discipline. This may include but is not limited to Business Studies, Business Admin, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Legal, Procurement, Statistics or other business-related discipline.
We'd love you to have practical work or project experience that reflects your passion for business, as well as demonstrable experience of working in a team. You'll also be comfortable working to and setting stretching individual targets and using your own initiative to overcome challenges.
You should have an interest in the energy sector, and show alignment with SSE's core values. We also ask that you have a flexible approach to work locations and be genuinely committed to developing a career with us – as we are with you.

SSE Airtricity is Ireland's second largest and fastest growing energy provider, supplying around 800,000 domestic and commercial gas, electricity and home energy services customers in the Republic and Northern Ireland. At SSE Airtricity we believe in making energy better.
