Our Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) function manages the Group’s marketing communications and engagement with stakeholders to promote and protect the Group’s brand, reputation and services.
About the programme
You will be supported and launched into a banking career on a global scale through our 18-month graduate programme. During this time, you’ll meet peers and senior executives from across the Group, creating networks that will accelerate your career growth. Our training programme will enable you to develop your technical, business, and interpersonal skills through real-world experience and hands-on training. Future skill development is a key priority for the Bank, and by investing in our Early Careers programmes, we're committed to changing the way banking works for the better.
As a graduate, you will have opportunity to work across different teams, each specialising in an important area of our expertise and operations:
- Brand Strategy & Management: Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that strengthen our brand presence globally.

- Community Impact: Engage in corporate social responsibilities (CSR) initiatives that reflect our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
Throughout the programme, you will rotate across key areas, across cluster and global teams, giving you exposure to different facets of our function and business. This rotational approach ensures that you gain a well-rounded experience and develop a deep understanding of the various specialisms within Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing.
