The Spring Insight programme is a four-day programme offering first year students a taste of life within the Corporate, Commercial and Investment Banking division of Standard Chartered. You will find out exactly what a career with us could look like, with an opportunity to be considered first for our 2025 paid summer internship programme. Our internship programmes, in turn, act as a pipeline into our graduate opportunities.

    Spring Insight 2024 will take place from April 8 - 11 2024.

    Who can apply?

We are committed to continuing to build a diverse and inclusive environment which reflects the communities in which we operate, where different perspectives are valued. To foster diversity at every level of the Bank, we particularly encourage applications from Black Heritage students, those from the LGBTQ+ community and from low socio-economic backgrounds, as these are currently underrepresented demographics within the Bank.

Eligibility criteria for all students are as follows
