Responsibilities

What can you expect?

Working together with the Social Media Analytics Manager to help:

  • Track the progress of reports
  • Coordinate team resource to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assign tasks among our team of social media analysts
  • Parse ad hoc client requests and develop internal briefs
  • Organise internal team calls

Assisting in delivery of reports to our clients:

  • Review reports for data accuracy and consistent formatting
  • Client deliveries of straightforward, metrics based reports, via email
  • Supporting analysts with data gathering and cleaning upon request
  • Updating and maintaining documentation on all our reporting processes
  • Developing knowledge of a variety of analytics tools, including Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Social Insider, Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio
  • Working with the analytics team and managers to improve reporting processes

Qualifications

  • Social media experience is a plus, but not a necessity as long as you're interested in learning about the industry

Nice to have

  • Experience in executing on social media performance reports
  • Experience with the social networks’ native analytics tools, such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and TikTok Analytics
  • Experience with 3rd party social analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Social Insider
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience in managing a team’s workload

Flexibility

We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working for this role, in your role you will be working only on day shifts between 9am and 5.30pm.

Salary

  • £21,000 - £24,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.

Recruitment process

First, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting Caspar, our Head of Social Ops, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions. After the initial interview, you may be sent a short reporting task to complete.

You may then be asked to have a final interview, where you will meet Duncan, our Chief Content Officer (30 minutes, MS Teams).
