The Group consists of three divisions VetPlus – a global leader in companion animal nutraceuticals, Agri Lloyd, an agriculture focused unit and Mill Farm Sports Village a multi-purpose leisure complex incorporating a fully owned football club with associated facilities.

About the Role

When you join the #TangerineAccademy as a Graduate Management Trainee:

  • You’ll be working with pretty much all our HQ team Popular (As we’ll all want to get to know you!) We’ll help you develop the skills you need to build relationships, influence, and negotiate. We’ll also ensure you feel supported and have the Mentoring to Lead your own team.
  • You’ll Partner with key StakeHolders across the business on many ExcitingProjects, initially planning, pitching and then getting sign-off. Once the Projects are underway you’ll then get to work on Implementation.
  • You’ll get exposure to lots of different areas of business and gain a deep insight into how we do things (and even suggest how we should make them better!), building up some real commercial skills.

A big part of this role is also looking after our reputation and we put a lot of focus on making sure we’re acting in a mature way. We’ll give you the training and insight you need to ensure you’re able to RoleModel our CoreValues.

You’ll become a well-rounded, commercially savvy professional whose skills will be in high demand in any department. Our Graduate Management programme is available across all our business. On the programme you’ll be part of up-to 3 rotations, spending up-to 8 months in each rotation.

This role will be based in our growing HQ-Hub as we THRIVE here at Tangerine on In-person collaboration.

We're introducing new features in our HQ-Hub like an In House Chef, to cook up the tastiest food options for all (Our favourite day is Fish & Chips Friday) Break out spaces, Candidate Experience Lounges and Much More to come! Naturally you'll feel super comfortable here in-between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
