What will you learn?
From site foundations to engineering processes, our comprehensive training covers every aspect of the development lifecycle. You'll dive into:
- Site Foundations: From instructing site investigation reports to understanding topographical surveys, you'll master the fundamentals of building on solid ground.
- Road & Sewer Principles: Collaborate with industry-leading consultants, hone your AutoCAD skills, and grasp the intricacies of drainage design to create efficient, sustainable communities.
- Engineering Process: Learn to navigate technical reports, manage submissions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, all while supporting our land bids and legal processes.
- Adoptions: Gain insights into post-construction management, bond reductions, and maintenance protocols, ensuring the longevity and prosperity of our developments.
- Health, Safety and Environment: Identifying foreseeable risk in designs and ensure that processes are followed and recorded. Ensure that appropriate mitigation is taken with regards to environmental/ecological constraints to allow development to progress.
- Land and Planning & Community Engagement: supports with technical submissions and approvals with the Land teams
- Pre-Development: supports with all aspects of pre-development of sites which includes, securing technical reports and interpretating these, preparing engineering design and maintain records of any changes.
- Development Management: support the sites from start to close, assisting the production team with any technical queries related to engineering.
