We are currently looking to recruit a Graduate Commissioning Editor to join our highly skilled and successful team.

You will be part of a team who commission market reports that help many types of organisations to establish market sizes and forecast future developments and growth opportunities in their industry sectors.

What you'll do

In the role of Graduate Commissioning Editor role, some of your duties will include:

  • To commission and project manage a set number of market reports through to final publication, delivering both projected financial performance and high editorial standards
  • To manage an effective handover for sales and marketing campaigns, to ensure market reports meet revenue targets
  • To contribute to the creation of successful reports on new topics and in new industries, through high-quality research and effective networking with potential report buyers
  • To produce high-quality content to serve the reports and membership business areas, and other revenue-generating editorial projects

The Person

In the Graduate Commissioning Editor role, we require the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Proven ability to manage projects to tight deadlines
  • Competent in understanding and summarising complex issues and technologies
  • Strong commercial acumen
