The HR Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities
- Provide support conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in projects/initiatives that require ER or labor law inputs
- Assist in maintaining the required standard of ER case documentation
- Assist in developing and implementing ER related policies and procedures
- Assist in curating and delivering training to HRBP and business leaders
Qualifications
- Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelors degree, or in your final year going on to study for a Masters, graduating in 2025
- Studying Law or a related discipline, which must include the study of EU labour law - Available from June for at least 12 weeks
- English professional proficiency is required, as well as one of the following languages; French or Mandarin
- A team player with good communication skills
- A quick learner who can work in an agile way
- Proactive and resilient, able to cope well under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- - Sound judgment with the ability to balance requirements and tight deadlines
