TikTok is looking for a university graduate to join our team for 18 months to execute and deliver high-stakes research projects. In this role you will partner primarily with our Global Business Solutions sales and marketing teams to empower them with new business insights.

Responsibilities

Within this Marketing Science role, you will:

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners (business marketing, ad product, sales) to address knowledge gaps in our understanding of TikTik users and their behavior.
  • Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods (quantitative methods and qualitative methods), and provide coherent business recommendations based on research results.
  • Analyze internal TikTok data to build an in-depth understanding of our users, and blend this analysis with third party research results.
  • Adapt analysis to the specific research questions using a range of data sources and research methodologies.
  • Communicate results and business recommendations to diverse business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in a business field with a focus on research methods; graduate degree in business, digital marketing, behavioral psychology, or survey-based research methods is a plus.
  • Knowledge and some experience with individual and group based qualitative methods, as well as quantitative methods that include statistical concepts and survey design.
  • Experience with SQL and Data visualization tools is a must.
  • Exceptional time and goal-oriented self-management skills are a must.
  • Interest in working in a fast paced environment with global talent.
  • Professionally fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
