Summer Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with the chance to work with our clients and teams to address key business problems and identify areas of growth for the company. With your education and experience, you will be able to take on real-world challenges from day one.

The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to join our small team of trainers who specialise in onboarding and sales skills training for TikTok SMB, EMEA. They will help build content repositories, coordinate calendars, welcome new hires and co-facilitate with the training team.

What this role will support with

  • Working with trainers and instructional design to update our Learning Management System (LMS) with content and course design
  • Coordinating and scheduling training calendars
  • Co-facilitating new hire onboarding and contributing to an atmosphere of creativity and joy for learners
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions.

Qualifications

  • Applicants should be in the penultimate year of undergraduate or post-graduate studies and undertaking modules in digital advertising or training/development, with a keen interest in both areas
  • Detail-oriented with some experience in managing projects with stakeholders through completion
  • Experience preparing and presenting engaging content (training or otherwise)
  • A quick learner who is excited about the prospect of working in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment and enthusiastic about the field of training and development.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience/studies with programmatic advertising is advantageous but not required
