Tribeca Technology is a Managed Service Provider, supporting clients in the Financial Sector, such as hedge funds and private equity firms. We specialise in managing client Infrastructure and IT systems. We are looking for Graduates to join our First Line Team, who are the first point of call in resolving technical issues.
Who you are
The role would suit a bright graduate who is looking to break into the world of IT support.
If you have an analytical mind and have any experience supporting Microsoft Windows and active directory. It would be beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided.
More than anything, a positive attitude, first-class communication skills and a desire to work in tech and learn new skills are key here.
You will most likely have the following:
- Degree educated
- An analytical mind
- Some experience working with computers
- Great communication skills
- Any prior support experience, or familiarity with office 365 Admin & AD, would be a bonus
