We're excited to offer an internship opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Ambassador Development Team as an Events Intern!
Under the guidance and mentorship of our Head of Ambassador Development, Event Project Coordinator & Incentive & Recognition Manager, you'll work closely with the team and contribute to the planning and execution of our signature events, including TropicFest, the Glammies, Ambassador recognition events, and HQ tours!
This role is tailored for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in event management within the beauty and skincare industry; offering a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in event management and ambassador engagement, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Delegate Management: Assist in managing attendee lists, registrations, and communications with event participants to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all delegates.
- Event Administration Tasks: Support event administration duties, such as arranging accommodations, managing seating arrangements, and assisting with travel planning to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Onsite Event Support: Help with onsite event setup, gifting, and ensuring all event deliverables are met to create memorable experiences for our ambassadors and guests.
- Event Content Presentation: Contribute to creating event materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to enhance the overall event experience.
- Ambassador Support: Respond to ambassador queries and provide assistance before, during, and after events, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Recognition Team Assistance: Aid the recognition team in preparing gifts and deliveries for events, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
- Project Management Support: Assist in updating project management tasks and ensuring deadlines are met, working closely with the team to deliver successful events.
Requirements

- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in using software and digital tools for administrative tasks, event management, and content creation.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders and ambassadors.
- Passion for the Beauty Industry: An interest in the beauty and skincare industry and a desire to create exceptional experiences for our ambassadors and guests.
What we offer
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
