Key responsibilities in E-Commerce

The support role involves various administrative tasks such as attending important meetings, coordinating work with internal and external stakeholders, organizing marketing materials and tools, and communicating with retail customers. Additionally, it requires collaborating with different departments to gather essential customer information, ensuring its quality and timely delivery.

  • Working with the relevant teams to identify and communicate any possible trends and gaps in the E-Commerce retail Market, both within the UK and Europe.
  • Enhancing product offerings by effectively adjusting pricing, reviewing valuable customer feedback, conducting extensive market research.
  • Collaborating with external account managers from E-Commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay to strategize advertising initiatives, drive account expansion, and maximize performance during promotional periods.
  • Weekly reporting and performance analysis, leveraging comprehensive pay per click metrics alongside monitoring of return on investment.

What we look for

Candidates must be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic, with an interest in pursuing a career in a leading international business. Application requirements:

  • A degree essential at 2:1 or above. All specialisms considered.
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience either full time or part time.
  • Demonstrate a technical mind with the ability to identify problems.
  • Strong writing skills with the competence to quickly compose emails.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.
  • Assertive and confident with a proactive approach to work.
  • The most important bit is your talent, determination and drive, bring that with you and we can provide you with the tools to succeed.
