Graduate programme

This will be a 2-year programme providing you with valuable exposure and insight into Brettex and Veolia services and strategic Brettex projects.

As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will go through a structured development programme, undertaking leadership, management, soft skills and safety modules with your graduate cohort.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the Projects Delivery Team to identify and take advantage of commercial opportunities and end-to-end turnkey project solutions.
  • On-site scoping visits with the support of the Projects Team
  • Provide technical support to customers, Contract Managers, engineers and other colleagues.
  • Explore the opportunities in dewatering technologies and determine Brettex options for commercialisation.
  • Support with tender documents with technical and commercial input
  • Investigating opportunities and developing strategies to ensure Brettex makes commercial offers that are attractive to customers.
  • Responsible for delivery of projects throughout the quotation, design and delivery phases of the project life-cycle in conjunction with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Contract Managers and other colleagues.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree-level qualification in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering (To be achieved by Sept 2024)
  • Full UK driving licence - You may have the occasional overnight stay
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
