What you need

• A 2.2 in any degree, although a related degree in Business Management, International Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing & Sales or modules is a bonus.
• Recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2021 and August 2023.
• You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa. If you are unsure if you have a suitable visa to work in the UK, please contact us on the email address provided below BEFORE you apply to check.

Application close date: 13th November 2022, however, we may close early if we’ve received some game changing applications – so make sure you apply early!

What you need to submit: You will only need to upload your CV as part of the application. You do not need to upload a cover letter as it will not be reviewed as part of your application.

Flexible working options: Our blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. As a guide, you can expect to be in the office 40% time, and we encourage you to find the right blend for you and your team.

On this programme, you will:

• See and contribute to a drive to innovate and provide digital solutions that will enable businesses to push boundaries and succeed;
• Connecting these businesses to their people, places and things, making them more flexible, mobile and collaborative, through our communication products & services;
• Learn and work beside leaders & teams across the Vodafone Business footprint;
• Be part of a programme that lasts for 2 years with rotations across different functions that vary in length, dependant on the area of the business you’ll be working in – which will give you a rounded view of businesses and serve as a strong foundation to launch your career.
