    Location

    All roles are location independent meaning you won’t work at any one location or office every day. We expect you’ll spend your time between home, with colleagues at meeting points and at customer sites.  You will be based in one of our regional offices where you will remain for the duration of the programme.

    What you need

    • A 2.2 in any degree
    • Recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2021 and August 2023 
    • Hold a valid UK driving license by the time you start in Sept 2023
    • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa

    What you’ll ideally have

    • Prior experience of sales or customer service in some capacity

    Flexible working options: Our blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. As a guide, you can expect to be in the office 40% time, and we encourage you to find the right blend for you and your team.

    What to expect  

    The Business Regional Sales stream will give you the opportunity to fast-track your development towards Account Management, at the same time providing opportunities to learn about New Business Development, Specialist Sales and Technical Sales Support. You’ll own accounts quickly and experience a range of private and public sector customers. This will enable you to develop a broad range of critical sales skills and learn how to transform different industries and sectors through our technology.

    The programme duration is 18 months, at the end of which you will offboard into a permanent Account Management role – however you’ll have the opportunity to offboard early from month 12 onwards if you’re ready to do so. Whilst you will remain in-region for the duration of the scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to offboard into any sales role. You’ll receive best-in-class training and coaching on Vodafone products and solutions and sales techniques, helping you to develop into a rounded and successful Account Manager.
