What you need
- A 2.2 in any degree
- Recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2021 and August 2023
- You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa

- Prior experience of sales or customer service in some capacity

Consumer at Vodafone

Your time on the scheme will begin with you getting close to our customers by working directly with our frontline and operational teams. This customer-centric foundation will set you up well to go on and work with our propositions, product, commercial and marketing teams developing innovative award-winning solutions for the market.

These are just a few of the areas you could find yourself working in during your time on the programme:
Commercial Operations
You’ll help us to design and deliver excellent customer service across all Consumer sales and service journeys. You’ll get invaluable frontline experience working closely with those directly providing a service to our customers and those ensuring that our frontline agents have all the tools needed to empower them to deliver a brilliant service. You might work in a role where you are responsible for ensuring that we have strong business resilience plans, capacity planning and governance. You could be using data to dive into complaints dashboards and design appropriate fixes. Or you might be in a role focused around delivering change, and driving communication, training and engagement across our operations. There are plenty of roles and opportunities, but the one thing that’s for certain is that you will be close to the customer and the action!
Potential roles: Operational readiness specialist/ engagement and communications specialist /Customer Experience Specialist (test, triage, fix), Operational Insight Specialist, Implementation Specialist, Customer Support Specialist, Service Delivery Analyst/ Strategy specialist
Proposition and Product
You’ll help us drive commercial performance and develop exciting new products and propositions to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers. Within your role you may be involved in commercial analysis for proposition and pricing initiatives, segment P&L, building and developing a product or launching a product to market. You could also be involved in the development of customer propositions, owning customer journeys and ensuring end-to-end proposition delivery from creation through to launch within the market.
Potential roles: Proposition Specialist/ Product Specialist/Commercial Specialist/ Trading Specialist/ Pricing specialist/ Go To Market Specialist
Marketing
You’ll help us to ensure that our marketing and brand strategy is fit for purpose and has our customers firmly at the centre. You could find yourself working within our Digital Marketing Team, where you would be accountable for driving traffic to our sales channels and managing our digital paid media. Alternatively, you could work within our biddable media teams, launching and running our large digital campaigns, tracking and recording all digital activity. You may end up working within our social media teams, taking responsibility for content development and customer engagement across all owned Vodafone UK social channels or working within the Sponsorship team negotiating and working with exciting new Sponsors such as Wimbledon, British Summer Time (BST) and British Lions. Or, you might be in a role where you take responsibility for all customer communications and help retain them by working with the loyalty team on our VeryMe Rewards.
