    Data and Analytics is no longer restricted to the depths of company’s basements, amongst the IT geeks and server stacks.  These techniques and technologies are now the backbone of the modern technology company and are essential for any business wishing to remain relevant, gain an edge, and be successful as the world goes digital.     We are looking for innovative and problem-solving graduates who can design and build analytics and automation solutions, to join us on this journey. Whether it is utilising the location-centric data of over 500 million global consumers to develop useful and profitable insights; supporting teams on making commercially sound decisions for our customers and us; building chatbots for our business or helping run our Big Data Delivery Platform, you will help us shape the way we work, the way our world moves forward, and how people use tech for the greater good. 

    You will not be alone in this endeavour – as part of this bespoke cross functional programme you will have the opportunity to work across three key data functions in our Commercial or Finance teams supporting projects and workstreams across our global footprint. You will be part of our future talent pipeline and we will invest in you; you will receive structured training to give you transferrable skills you need to build your career as a data professional.

    •  September 2024 

    Salary

    • £32,000 + annual bonus. In addition, you will receive a sign on bonus of £1,000. All of this PLUS 28 days of paid holidays, 5 days charity leave, quarterly 'Spirit' days to focus on your wellbeing and mental health and discounts on Vodafone's broadband and devices. PLUS flexible benefits programme offers health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits including cycle to work scheme, subsidised gym-subscriptions and season ticket loans. 

    Location

    • All our roles are based in our London, Paddington HQ. Our blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. As a guide, you can expect to be in the office 40% of the time. 

    Duration of Programme

    • 2 years – two 12 month rotations. 

    What you need

    • A 2.2 in a chosen degree (achieved or predicted). We look for graduates with analytical, numeric or data focused degrees e.g. Big Data, Data Science or Analytics, Mathematics, Science or Technology, Physics.  
    • Recently graduated – i.e., a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2024.  
    • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.
