    What you need

    • A 2.2 in any degree though Tech or Digital related is preferable. It’s your experience in Digital that’s important, whether that’s gained through your degree, work experience or a side-hustle e.g. developing an App
    • Recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2021 and August 2023
    • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.

    *Flexible working options: Our blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. As a guide, you can expect to be in the office 40% time, and we encourage you to find the right blend for you and your team.

    What to expect

    Our two year programme will see you work on business critical programmes, from App to UX Design, whilst gaining knowledge, skills and experience many digital disciplines. You’ll get experience working in different squads, building a great network around our business and learn more about what you want to do in your career. You’ll be encouraged to do your own learning and development through our internal tools as well as on the job learning.

    The aim of the programme is to build your skills across the Digital tribe and give you the opportunity to pursue what you want and establish where you can add value to our business. On completion you’ll have broad experience of delivering programmes, have relevant skills to apply in several job roles to allow you continue to grow your career within Digital.
