They partner with the business to provide advice, analytics and insights needed to make commercial decisions that help us to achieve our aims of connecting places, people and things as well as protecting our value.

    As part of the Finance programme, you will:

    • Enable our people to make the best commercial decisions;
    • Use your natural analytical abilities to give valuable insights to the business;
    • Support functions across the business, senior leaders and key stakeholders leveraging on your financial expertise and strategic mindset;
    • Have exposure to a breath of experience in a wide range of roles, allowing you to explore the world of Finance and find the areas you enjoy and excel in, while developing transferable skills.

    Typical roles include

    You could find yourself partnering with the business or using technology to deliver financial value working in teams across our Group and local entities such as:

    Data & Analytics, Commercial and Technology Finance, Vodafone Business Finance, Regional Finance, Internal Audit, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Mergers & Acquisition as well as Finance Operations and Controls.

    • September 2024

    Salary

    • £32,000 + annual bonus. In addition, you will receive a sign on bonus of £1,000.     Location

    • All our roles are based in our London, Paddington HQ. Our blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. As a guide, you can expect to be in the office 40% of the time.

    Duration of Programme

    • 2 years – two 6-month rotations, and one 12-month rotation.

    What you need

    • A 2.2 in your chosen degree (achieved or predicted). Preferable degrees, with an analytical, numeric or data focus, include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data or Science.
    • Recently graduated – i.e., a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2024.
    • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.
