    Our HR Graduate Programme is 2 years, based in our London Paddington office. You’ll rotate across three placements which can be in any of the following: Resourcing, Reward, Learning & Development, Organisational Effectiveness, Diversity & Inclusion and HR Business Partnering. You could find yourself working on an app that provides the best-in-class employee experience, or helping the business become even more inclusive in its practices and policies. You could partner with an area of the business to make changes and support them with their HR calendar activities, or plan towards a workforce that is apt for the ever-changing digital landscape. Each placement will be different to give you a wide range of experience and skills across the HR function. And it’s not just about developing your HR knowledge and specialism, you will have lots of opportunities to get involved in wider areas of the business through our committees and societies.

    Salary

    • £32,000 + annual bonus. In addition, you will receive a sign on bonus of £1,000. All of this PLUS 28 days of paid holidays, 5 days charity leave, quarterly 'Spirit' days to focus on your wellbeing and mental health and discounts on Vodafone's broadband and devices.     Location

    • All our roles are based in our London, Paddington HQ. Our blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. As a guide, you can expect to be in the office 40% of the time.

    Duration of Programme

    • 2 years – two 6 month rotations, and one 12 month rotation.

    What you need

    • A 2.2 in any degree
    • Recently graduated – i.e., a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2024.
    • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.
