About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Intern (f/m/d) to join our Global Sales Operations team within our Medical Products Division starting 1st of September 2022 or later in Livingston, UK for 6 months who will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Education team with global projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support by improving and enhance the digitalization of the overall training process, from content to delivery and documentation
  • Help identify and execute on process standardizations within our Learning Management System
  • Assess internal and external best practice options
  • Review current and compare against future potential options
  • Define three or four possible ‘databases’ that are available on the market to meet our needs - ideally one will become the foundation for a new method of tracking certification for MPD Global
  • Once the business agrees to your path forward, you would then build and implement it ready for data to be inputted
  • The proposed database will require certain specifications such as search/filter function (country, name, company, Field Sales Associate (FSA) responsible and Business Category)
  • You will have the freedom to investigate, propose and build a certification database with a wide scope of options

Qualifications

  • You are a graduate student of Business, Information Technology or a related course of studies
  • You have a strong interest in gathering and managing as well as looking for efficiencies
  • You are able to simplify complex data and present them in a simplistic form
  • You have experience with electronic survey tools/database tools
  • You are self-motivated and pro-active in seeking out relationships internally and externally
  • You are fluent in English
  • You enjoy working independently but also have a strong focus on teamwork and inclusion, also in a virtual environment
  • You have great MS Office skills, especially with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • You are interested in business data optimisation using IT tools
