Your role

We are currently recruiting for two ePMO Analysts to join us here at Wesleyan for an 18 Month fixed term contract. These roles sit within our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) and will provide support to a key strategic Programme level PMO.

This role will be central to supporting the strategic Programme by collating, analysing, evaluating, and manipulating data to aid decision making and maintain governance controls and assurance activities.

This will include data relating to milestones, dependencies, resources, RAIDs, budgets and benefits at programme level and will require collaboration with other areas of the change community.

What you’ll be doing

  • Liaising with teams within the programme and business functions to support their engagement with the PMO processes.
  • Supporting the development of required tools and techniques to ensure accurate programme tracking, to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to the key governance forums to Exec level.
  • Accurately producing MI reports, collating, and presenting to others as required
  • Regularly evaluating existing reports and finding improvements, seeking to develop new methods of analysing and communicating data to ensure quality of output is maintained
  • Maintaining a two-way communication between change communities and the PMO information

We’re looking for

  • Familiarity with the principles of Project and Change Management and their associated roles and responsibilities
  • Experience of project reporting and analysing project-related information.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating information with accuracy
  • Previous stakeholder relationship building or a willingness to build on this
  • The ability to write reports
