Our clients are a diverse range of institutional investors, including pension schemes, sovereign wealth funds and endowments. These clients require portfolios that are tailored to their goals, are cost effective and deliver strong returns with controlled risk. As an innovative firm with multi-asset capability and a fiduciary mind-set, the team can change the way clients govern themselves and invest, as well as influence the way the investment industry operates – our ethos is ‘Investing today for a more sustainable tomorrow’.

    The role

At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organisation. We embrace all types of diversity. Investment analysts join a collaborative team, working alongside some of the industry’s top investment consultants. Your role will involve a wide variety of projects working for sophisticated clients, including many household names. You will be supporting institutional investor clients and consultants based primarily in the UK.

As a team member you will be involved in some, or all, of the below:

    • Modelling of risk and return of investment portfolios
    • Setting of investment objectives for institutional clients
    • Proposing strategic asset allocations
    • Considering settlement feasibility
    • Monitoring of risk and funding progress
    • Modelling of climate risk impacts on portfolios

At WTW, we value flexibility and embrace a hybrid working model. This means you will have the opportunity to work both in the office and can work remotely. Our approach supports colleagues in developing the skills they need to succeed and reflects our collaborative culture. You can expect to spend at least three days in the office each week. In the initial few months graduates are asked to be in the office for four days per week to support the learning curve and development of a team network.

Our Dublin office is in Elm Park, Merrion Road, Dublin 4.

As part of our forward-thinking organisation, investment analysts work in an inclusive environment that recognises the importance of diversity of thought in achieving success. Whilst working hard and having fun, our mission is clear: to create better outcomes for end savers.
