Key responsibilities
As an HR Administrator at WithSecure, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of People & Culture processes. Your responsibilities among others will include:
- Assisting with responding to employees queries.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases.
- Learning about labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Participating in HR projects and programs.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Ideally, you’ll be a recent graduate with an HR degree. Alternatively, you should be a graduate with some demonstrable HR experience.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner.
Bonus points
- Previous experience with HR work.
- Knowledge related to HR in Malaysia.
- Experience in Agile ways of working.
- Communicate level in one of those languages: Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, or Swedish.
