Wood is recruiting for a Graduate Piping Engineer to join our Reading based Capital Projects Business Unit dealing with the following industries; Carbon Capture and Storage, Green Energy, Recycling, Minerals Processing as Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Oil and Gas.

Working within various multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the delivery of the Piping engineering design content of an exciting range of challenging projects within the Process industry.

  • Carbon Capture: Industrial clusters, concept development to detailed engineering

Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering (IMechE Accredited)
  • Enthusiasm to work and develop your career in Piping Engineering within the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Demonstrate initiative, tenacity and excellent communication skills
  • Possess an ability to learn quickly and be adaptable and flexible to match business requirements
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environments
  • Must have the right to work in UK
