What we're looking for

A proactive, organized and confident individual who will be supporting one of the busiest therapeutic area and work with the TA Content Manager and with Global Brand Managers to support and execute their marketing content plans and produce their campaigns at both global and local level using a new modular content framework

What you'll do

  • Together with the appointed TA Content Manager you will be a SPOC for global content & production for TA brands
  • Support the TA Content Manager to coordinate the production of global content for global brands/TAs within a new modular content model (Management and coordination of content production)
  • Understand and Execute governing best-practice of global content
  • Support the TA Content Manager working with global brand mangers
  • Take ownership of projects as instructed by TA Content Manager
  • Support and provides guidance to the creative agency to drive modular content transformation
  • Coordinate between Project Team, CIT, global client/s and global agencies
  • Report and respond to information requests from the TA Content Manager and Global Brand Management Team
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Digital, CIT, Transcreation & Broadcast
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand and TA requirement
  • Manage regular meetings with global marketing teams, write and distribute meeting actions
  • Support TA Content Manager to manage budgets, reports and administration
  • Support the Hogarth Content Studio Leadership team in supplying client/brand management information and reporting
  • Brands/TAs activity tracking
  • Support and Coordinate Librarian requirements for Tas

What you'll have

  • Experience of working in a digital/content production role essential
  • Understanding of digital content strategy
  • Project Management skills
  • Production experience across channels
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent oral and written English essential and other language/s desirable (language will vary depending on the role and location)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
  • Experience managing and servicing international and global accounts with multiple stakeholders desirable.
