Young Foodies Talent are supporting the start-up brands in our network to find the best people to join their Supply Chain and Operations teams!

 

The Role

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a crucial role to establish and maintain that their products are delivered at the right time, possessing the highest quality, and in the specified amount. You will ensure the finer details are consistently reproduced and held to the highest standards.
 

What Will the Job Entail?

  • You will manage the daily inventory, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
  • You will process incoming orders from business customers.
  • You will build strong relationships with all stakeholders throughout the supply chain.
  • You will have close communication with the sales team to ensure you can fulfil the orders the brand has committed to.
  • You will be constantly thinking of improvement processes to maximise efficiency across the supply chain.

 

The Person

  • Analytical and proactive, you will work well under pressure.
  • You will be Excel proficient and handle data confidently.
  • You must be a team player and communicate effectively with everyone across the business.
  • A passion and understanding of the FMCG industry – you like the fast-paced dynamic nature of everyday consumer products!
  • Most importantly, you will have a can-do attitude and focus on perfection.
