Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for an energetic Email Marketing graduate or intern to join our CRM team in London.
This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for a recent graduate or somebody looking for an internship/year in industry who wants hands on, exciting experience in a fast moving, digital brand. Reporting directly to our Senior CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing the email marketing program on a day-to-day basis, including end-to-end production of direct customer communications. A sharp eye for detail as well as strong project and process management will be critical to success.

- Minimum achieved/predicted degree grade of 2.2 or higher
What you’ll be doing
- Curating and managing offer content for our emails, ensuring they contain the best offers for our customers
- Planning, co-ordinating, building, and executing regular email marketing campaigns
- Executing necessary administrative and operational tasks to support marketing campaign delivery and documentation
- Reporting on the channel and campaign marketing performance and proactively optimising campaigns based on analysis.
- Researching and feeding back on competitor activity and industry trends.
