Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate student to join us across our (Group Risk Operations Team) where you will gain insight into the world of corporate benefits and how our operations team help our customers. You will be supporting a team of dedicated account managers with their direct customer and working alongside our Claims, Underwriting and Pricing teams.

- Strong academic performance in any discipline.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive.

A bit more about what you will be doing
- Assisting with general enquiries from a variety of different brokers.
- Working on the administration of our Group Risk contracts.
- Helping generate and match off client invoicing and member census data.
- Seeing the power of automation and meeting our robots!
- Gaining a greater understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and the impacts this has to our day-to-day work.
- Reviewing our customer feedback and seeing how we analyse and act on our trends.
