Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate student to join us across our Retail Customer Operations and Oversight team. Where you will gain an understanding into what it means to support our customers with their many varied requests and help demonstrate an excellent Customer Experience for them from the start of their contact with us to the finish, as well as an insight into Management Information (MI) production, usage and how we improve our operational process to improve the service to customers and our internal controls by utilising that data.

A bit more about what you will be doing
- Assisting with general enquiries from a variety of different Clients and Brokers.
- Producing and analysing MI through several tools but primarily Excel.
- Working on the administration of our online platform, ZIO.
- Producing a proposal for change, engaging with the management team for guidance and instruction.
- Delivering change with internal colleagues. This may involve literature reviews, system change requests, improvements to checklists, updating procedures etc.
- Reviewing client documents via our system-based policy file system to assist with client requests and the actioning of these requests or documenting further requirements.
- Gaining a greater understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and the impacts this has to our day-to-day work.
- Reviewing our customer feedback/quality results and seeing how we analyse and act on our trends.
- Gain understanding of industry jargon and learning more about each one, AML, FCP, AEI, etc.
- Work alongside the change team to learn about the change cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
