What people say about this event

Attending Women in TEC 2023 was incredibly insightful. From gaining information from intelligent and accomplished women on navigating and thriving in the TEC sectors, to having questions answered by panels, the event has deepened my understanding of these key industries and leading firms. It was a great experience that I would certainly recommend to others.

So amazing and insightful. Every woman on the panel today had a unique story and shared such valuable information. The best thing I heard today that stuck with me was 'Feel the fear and do it anyways'. This is so important especially in such a male dominated industry. It has definitely encouraged me to pick my head up and strive to do well for myself and for those who will come after me.

Thank you, Bright Network. Today was a total game-changer for me! Not only was my existing love for science nurtured, but also it completely opened up my world and gave me a whole new outlook. It broadened my horizons, expanded my mind and opened my eyes to the incredible and tangible ways STEM can be applied. I'm so grateful for the experience.
