Led by our DEI team, CIL aims to foster an inclusive work environment where everyone has the opportunity and support needed to develop and progress in their careers. Our activities in this area are constantly evolving and cover training, networking and outreach to underrepresented groups.

D&I Insight Days

Each year we host Women in Consulting and upReach Insight Days, where attendees can hear from individuals throughout the company about what it’s like to work in management consulting and life at CIL.

upReach

CIL is proud to support upReach, a charity focused on boosting social mobility. As an employer partner, we provide insight days, mentorship, work experience, internships and job opportunities to talented and highly driven university students from all backgrounds.

Career Progression

CIL regularly runs leadership seminars with people from diverse backgrounds so that employees can meet and hear about the experiences of our senior colleagues and prompt discussion about DEI topics.

CIL also works with expert organisations to run a range of training programmes, including sessions on building the confidence of women in the workplace and unconscious bias training.
