The best way to improve is by practicing and if you haven't done a video interview before, it's important to know how it works and get used to actually doing it. As a Bright Network member, you can do a free practice test we created with software similar to that used by firms during their graduate application process.
It will take you about 15 minutes to complete and consists of 4 standard interview questions - make sure you're in a quiet room with good internet connection to complete it.
