We recruit a select group of one intake of graduates and interns (and a small number of placement year students) each year, across a number of business areas including Investment (including Real Estate and Data Insights), Distribution, Product, Solutions, Technology, Group Change, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Tax and Wealth Management. We also have overseas programmes.

You’ll need a particular kind of motivation to succeed here. You know your own mind, whilst being self-aware about how you could improve. You’re intelligent and insightful, willing to learn and open to new opportunities.

For the majority of our intern, graduate and placement year programmes we look forward to receiving your application regardless of the degree subject you’ve chosen to study. For our Data Insights unit we ask for experience in a programming language(s) and preferably studying a STEM degree. For our Technology Intern programme a STEM degree is preferred. There are no criteria set on the predicted or achieved grade that you achieve at University.
