Job Summary

To support the Company Secretary in running an effective and efficient administrative and secretarial function for the Beazley group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:     

Company Secretarial

  • Maintain the statutory books and records of various Beazley companies and ensure all statutory returns are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain the Board and Committee agenda plans
  • Coordinate the production of Board and Committee meeting packs on the meeting portal
  • Collate Board, Executive and other Committee papers and distribute to relevant parties
  • Manage the Board and Committee action logs on a timely basis
  • Take the minutes for various Board and Committee meetings
  • Ensure Beazley Group Company and Committee minute books are complete and up to date
  • Provide company secretarial support for group share plans and Director share dealings
  • Support the Group and Deputy Company Secretaries as directed

  • Carry out additional responsibilities as individually notified, either through your objectives or through the learning management system.  These may include membership of any Beazley committees or working groups.

Education and Qualifications

  • Chartered secretarial qualification (either full or part qualified)
