We’re proud to be the world’s oldest communications company but we’re coming at new markets with the disruptive attitude of a start-up. Doing that takes creativity, energy, curiosity, drive, initiative and ideas. It takes people who make things happen and don’t settle for second-best.

Does that sound like you? If the answer’s yes, come and help us revolutionise things for our customers.

Our digital team are all about making online experiences better. They look after all of our customer facing websites and apps, so you’ll be having a real impact on our business from day one. And it’s not just BT; our digital team also work on EE and Plusnet brand projects too.

We’re all about Agile; which means we work in cross functional teams to make sure everything we do is as good as it can be for our customers.  You could be doing anything, from working on website and app improvements, to creating engaging and exciting content, to making sure our marketing plans translate into a smooth online experience. It’s all about thinking like the customer, and being the person who can see the story behind the data.

If that wasn’t enough, you’ll get exposure to all different parts of the business. You’ll be translating commercial and customer needs into online capabilities, helping to deliver on our plans to create amazing experiences for our customers. You’ll also get to pick up some technical know-how, so you can chat code with our technical teams. It's product ownership, digital engineering, design and capability, all rolled into one graduate scheme.

And the best bit – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You don’t need to be an expert coder or web designer to succeed on our Digital Experience programme. All we ask is you’re willing to learn; and we’ve got plenty of tools to help with that. And we’ll keep on helping you learn too. With our Academy, you’ll be able to map out your career, and continuously develop your skills to get to exactly where you want to be.

Our Digital Experience programme is available in our Consumer and Global part of our business. During the two years you’ll complete three rotations that could include things like solution design, coding, digital environment management and project delivery.
