Finance is more than just about paying invoices, and numbers it’s reporting, analysis, business partnering and delivering value. It plays a key role in driving growth, a real measure of how a business is performing.
On our programme, we’ll ensure you spend time with lots of different areas of the business, so you get a broad experience of all areas in finance. You could spend some time in core accountancy, value & data, as a Finance Business Partner, or our financial accounting team, to help you find out what you really enjoy. That way, you can really find out what you, and what you don’t.
It’s not all just about finance though. We’ll help support you in growing skills in areas such as stakeholder management, communication and commercial awareness. You’ll get to experience working with all sorts of different departments, and be seen as a trusted advisor to them in all things finance. We’ll also make sure you get the chance to develop your leadership skills, so you feel as confident as you can in taking you next careers step.
On top of all that, we’ll make sure we’re invested in your continued professional growth. We’ll support you to complete an industry recognised professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA; something you can take with you anywhere. You’ll also have access to all of our training and support, from experts in their field, as well as external training from world class providers.
Our Finance programme is available our Consumer part of our business. As part of this programme, you’ll do three rotations around our Finance teams, spending eight months on each rotation.
