We're looking for a Business Development Co-ordinator to join our Construction team based in Glasgow on a Summer Placement.

What will you get up to on your placement?

As a Summer Placement – Business Development Co-ordinator you'll have the chance to put your learnings into practice and immerse yourself into the working world. You'll work closely with the team to support our work with public sector and blue-chip organisations to deliver outstanding construction projects whilst harnessing our strategic capabilities in modern methods of construction and digital construction to help clients meet their decarbonisation goals.

Your day to day will include:

  • Liaise with project teams in order to assist with engagement reporting
  • Assist BDMs and Directors with corporate event planning, keeping staff and guests informed, booking/order items, menus etc.
  • Researching contacts/emails to send to appropriate person in Group Comms for dot.mailer campaign
  • Event management and co-ordination
  • Act as the main point of contact of Dynamics queries within the business unit

What are we looking for?

The role of Summer Placement – Business Development Co-ordinator is great for you if:

  • Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proactive Self Starter
  • Able to demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and a determination to get things done
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence
