Kronospan has an exciting opportunity for a HR Graduate Trainee to join the team. Initially to be based in our UK operation at Chirk (North Wales) for up to 24 months. There will be further opportunities to develop at one of our sister factories in Europe after this period.
This opportunity will suit a budding HR professional keen to explore working in new locations around the world. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Supporting in compliance with Corporate HR policy and local labour regulations
- Supporting group HR reporting
- In-house recruitment processes
- Deliver best practice and procedures.
- Administration of local learning management software
- Staff and work force training - organization, co-ordination and supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Knowledge of national and international employment law
- Higher education (HR, Economics, Management, Legal)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Bi-lingual in either German, Spanish or an Eastern European dialect. An excellent understanding of English is a must.
- Availability and willingness to travel.
