Reports to: Head of People
Primary accountabilities
People: (55% of time)
- Recruitment Administration
- Ensure PDs are up to date
- Work with EAs/agencies to co-ordinate interviews, keeping internal project boards up to date
- Request references
- Support onboarding
- HR System (Breathe)
- Keep people documents/records up to date
- Ensure up to date people policies are on the system
- Provide training/support as needed on how to use the system
- Training & Development
- Keep Litmos (e-learning platform) up to date – starters/leavers
- Support HOP on training plans (company and individual)
- Review and add training courses to Litmos (admin) ensuring compliance to SOP
- Provide training/support as needed on system use
- Ensure OKRs are updated each period & recorded appropriately
- Ensure Individual Training Plans are recorded on BreatheHR
- People Projects/Admin
- Support on People projects ie: Diversity Equality Inclusion (DEI), Training, Employer Value Proposition (EVP) etc.
- Support internal wellbeing, environmental and belonging initiatives
- Support the development of content for the Company website (People)
- Assist with preparing and reviewing appropriate People SOP / Policies
Finance (35% of time)
- Benefits administration – BUPA, flexible benefits admin
- Insurance administration – form filling, review etc
- Banking administration (UK and overseas) – ie new bank accounts, new providers, new people (access)
- Assist with PL as required
- Assist with preparing and reviewing appropriate Finance SOP/Policies
- Provide financial administration support to PMO on a weekly basis
Operations (10% of time)
- Provide broad support across R&D, operational and corporate activities of an oncology biotech company as needed
- Support with the production and filing of critical company documents including people contracts and financial documentation as required
- Assist with equity management/share administration and other support as needed
- Help manage the office premises and AV equipment
Skills needed
- Relevant degree or post grad qualification/appropriate work experience
- Entrepreneurial and start-up spirit and willingness to be agile and get involved in everything across the business
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A calm and professional manner
- Comfortable with rapid decision making and appropriate adjustment in priorities

- Advanced knowledge of the latest Microsoft software, specifically PowerPoint & Excel
