Cartier – Flagship Store Events Intern
How will you make an impact?
You will support and assist the Event Manger and the Business Development Director in the execution of various events by
- Coordinating, managing and organising client treatments
- Working closely with suppliers
- Managing the guest list
- Working on PPT for the events proposals and post events reporting
- Maintaining the event filing system and database tidy and updated
- Updating the UK events calendar
- Being aware of competitors events and updating the team
How will you experience success with us?
- Strong communications skills including written and telephone skills
- Results driven with a commitment to working to high standards and attention to detail
- Luxury awareness/ competitor awareness on event activity
- Ability to remain calm, diplomatic and composed even when working towards tight deadlines
- Able to work in a team and individually with the ability to multitask
- Guest list experience
- Ability to be diplomatic, assertive, objective, confident, take imitative- common sense; reactive/pro-active
- Creative and ambitious, with a passion for events
- Team player with a positive outlook with an enthusiastic approach
- Well presented, level-headed, personal energy, enthusiastic, engaging with a happy demeanour
