Cartier – Flagship Store Events Intern

 

How will you make an impact? 

You will support and assist the Event Manger and the Business Development Director in the execution of various events by

  • Coordinating, managing and organising client treatments
  • Working closely with suppliers
  • Managing the guest list
  • Working on PPT for the events proposals and post events reporting
  • Maintaining the event filing system and database tidy and updated
  • Updating the UK events calendar
  • Being aware of competitors events and updating the team

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • Strong communications skills including written and telephone skills
  • Results driven with a commitment to working to high standards and attention to detail
  • Luxury awareness/ competitor awareness on event activity
  • Ability to remain calm, diplomatic and composed even when working towards tight deadlines
  • Able to work in a team and individually with the ability to multitask
  • Guest list experience
  • Ability to be diplomatic, assertive, objective, confident, take imitative- common sense; reactive/pro-active
  • Creative and ambitious, with a passion for events
  • Team player with a positive outlook with an enthusiastic approach
  • Well presented, level-headed, personal energy, enthusiastic, engaging with a happy demeanour
