Responsibilities

Your Production Responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting on all OUL Moving Image productions to develop your core production skills. You will need to work closely with the Art / Print Production team as well.
  • Assisting the Senior Producers to find the highest quality creative solutions on all project
  • Researching and recommending new, exciting and diverse multimedia talent
  • Seriously considering and assisting the limitation of the environmental impact of all shoot
  • Researching and sharing amazing and inspirational visual content with the Team
  • Working closely with your team members, Ogilvy Creatives and the wider OUL Team
  • Liaising with the Client Production Team during the budgeting proce
  • Attending (remote or in person) and assisting the management of shoot
  • Overseeing post-production
  • Secondment to experience Art Production, in addition to your core role in Moving Image Production
  • Helping build and maintain great relationships within the Agency and with external supplier
  • Helping uphold the Agency's ambitions for the highest creative work
  • Collaborating with Agency colleagues in different department
  • Promoting the work of the Production Department
  • Contributing to Department activitie

Your Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assisting with admin on Agency productions.
  • Setting up new suppliers.
  • Arranging manual payments.
  • Managing expenses.
  • Raising estimates and PO's.
  • Booking travel and arranging visas using approved platforms.
  • Arranging and delivering product for shoots.
  • Maintaining holiday and shoot calendars.
  • Assistance organising team learning and development.
  • Contributing to Department and Agency creative initiatives and events.
  • Completing relevant training for the role and Department.
