Why did you choose to work at Aon?

I was fortunate enough to be able to take part in a virtual summer internship at Aon in the summer of 2020. I really enjoyed the work I was able to get involved with during the internship and, after talking to my colleagues during the internship, thought that the graduate programme at Aon offered the sort of work and opportunities that I wanted to do in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What your role includes 

My day-to-day role involves a variety of tasks including calculations, preparing reports and modelling. Being on a variety of clients has allowed me to be able to take part in different activities and take responsibility for different tasks as well as learn from many different colleagues.

The best thing about being based at your location

I am based in Epsom and enjoy the friendly and approachable nature of the office.
