Organisational culture means different things to different people, to us it's how things work around here. We have a flat hierarchy - everyone, from trainees to partners, sit in the same space, together. We work in open plan offices and we operate a hot desk policy. We promote a friendly, open and collaborative approach to working. Our office spaces have been specifically designed as a space to collaborate with one another. As well as thinking about wellbeing, we have private wellness rooms in our offices which all staff members can use if they need to take a quiet or private moment. 

Our culture is inclusive - we want each and every person to bring their whole selves to work, and focus a huge amount of our time and effort on seeking to improve in this area

Covid has changed how we work - with our approach being hybrid, a mix of being in the office and working remotely. So when considering where we work, we take into account what is best for our clients, our teams and ourselves.
